How to get a rebate on the SeaLife DC200, or the SeaLife DC100
Terms and Conditons:
- Buy a SeaLife DC200 or SeaLife DC100 between December 1, 2002 and March 31, 2003 from any Sealife Auhorized Dealer.
- Print and complete the redemption coupon (1 meg pdf).
- Return the redemption coupon (181k pdf) with the original UPC symbol from the Sealife DC200 or DC100 digital camera box and your purchase receipt dated between December 1, 2002 and March 31, 2003
- Your request must be postmarked by April 1, 2003 and received by April 30, 2003. Limit one rebate per purchase.
- Mail-in only; no fax or phone rebates accepted.
- Not responsible for lost , late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or illegible mail, or postage due request.
- Void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Not valid with any other offers and does not apply to any other SeaLife product.
