The Dive Rite Crotch Strap comes in 4 different size and style options. They comes with SS Ring and SR1. from a range of 1", 1.5" and 2".

1" w/ SR1 & SS Ring
Preferred by most divers for its general comfort, the 1-inch Dive Rite crotch strap is ideal for fastening a harness and backplate securely to a diver's body. By using a crotch strap, divers can reduce the likelihood of their gear slipping upwards on the body in the water, resulting in the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive. Nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. The 1-inch (25mm) Dive Rite crotch strap comes with a slide release buckle and scooter ring for divers who scooter and want the convenience of a crotch strap that can be adjusted easily. Made in the U.S.A.


1.5" w/ SR1 & SS Ring and 1.5" w/ SS Ring
Does the standard 1-Inch Dive Rite crotch strap have you singing an octave higher, but you like the convenience of a Quick Release buckle? The 1.5-Inch Dive Rite crotch strap QR Buckle is a welcome change to old industry standards. It comes with a slide release buckle for divers who want the convenience of a Dive Rite crotch strap that can be adjusted on-the-fly, yet the 1.5-inch (38.1mm) strap is more comfortable, especially if tension is added such as when scootering. Also available without Quick Release buckle (BC1058-1.5).

Using a Dive Rite crotch strap allows divers to fasten the harness and backplate securely to the body, ensuring more uniform trim and buoyancy characteristics in-water. It also reduces the likelihood of the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive or while resting at the surface. Made in the U.S.A.


2" w/ SS Ring & Pad
Preferred by divers who use scooters (DPVs) for extended periods of time due to the added comfort the 2-inch width provides. Used for fastening a harness and backplate securely to a diver's body, the 2-inch Dive Rite crotch strap is used to reduce the likelihood of gear slipping upwards on the body in the water, resulting in the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive. Continuous piece of nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. Includes a neoprene sleeve to protect exposure suit from abrasion. Made in the U.S.A.
