For those who prefer a streamlined rig without buckles, chest strap or padding, the Dive Rite Basic Harness is a clean, simple harness intended for use with hard metal backplates. Two-inch (50mm) nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. Dive Rite Basic Harness is adjustable by cutting off excess webbing once diver has sized the harness to his body stature. Standard two-inch webbing allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories, depending on the needs and desires of the individual diver. Tubular webbing sleeves are included for all points where webbing comes into contact with the backplate to prevent abrasion. Includes marine-grade stainless steel hardware. Made in the U.S.A.


Dive Rite Basic Harness Specifications:
Eleven feet of two-inch (50mm) nylon webbing is rated at 7,000 lbs breaking strength and includes a stainless steel grommet at the midpoint for access to upper bolt hole
Marine Grade 316 stainless steel hardware is used throughout including: (2) bent, shoulder D-rings, (2) waist D-rings (1) grommet and (1) stainless steel belt buckle.
