The Dry Bags are for storing all of those things you don't want to get wet while on the boat. Such as your towel, shirt, jacket, log book, cell phone, laptop, etc. While they are not 100% dry when submersed they will keep your things nice and dry above water. The Dry Bag comes equipped with a velcro closure that once closed you can roll the top down and use the nylon reinforced clip to keep it secure.
