The Mares XR Pressure Gauge is part of Mares' new line the XR (Extended Range). The Mares XR Pressure Gauge is brass 2in/52mm pressure gauge that is double chrome mirror plated and tempered glass lens. The luminescent glow in the dark screen makes it easy to see in all environments. With the Copper beryllium bourdon tube mechanism that never goes out of calibration even with hard knocks for the greatest degree of accuracy and reliability. The Mares XR Pressure Gauge is the preferred gauge for its simplicity by many technical divers who follow DIR training philosophy. Designed for technical divers and top quality regulator systems gauge is air or 100% Oxygen (oxy clean) compatible and is certified according to EN 250 requirements. The Mares XR Pressure Gauge is available in imperial (feet) or metric (bars) units of measure and comes with a durable 6" (15.25 cm) Miflex 7/16" threaded high pressure hose. The Mares XR Pressure Gauge measures 2" (52mm) in diameter and weighs 7.4 oz. (210 g). The gauge face is color coded for ease of reading at a glance. The imperial version has a red background from 0 to 1,000 psi white background from 1,000 to 2,000 psi and blue from 2,000 to 5,000 psi. The metric version has a red background from 0 to 50 bars, white background from 50 to 200 bars and blue background from 200 to 360 bars.

The airspool with viton o-rings are also included with the Highland 2" Brass and Snap SPG. The Gauge reads a wide 270 degree sweep from 0 to 5000 PSI or 0 to 420 BAR. The Snapbolt shackle is made from stainless steel. The Highland 2" Brass and Snap SPG now has another option for attaching it to the snap bolt so that you don't have to hard mount it to your self and making it harder to break away in an emergency. You can now add a 5 piece break away strap kit to your order and they will serve to keep the brass gauge attached to your snap bolt allowing you to pull them apart if ever in an emergency.
